Parts to be washed are placed in a basket—mounted on a stainless steel rotating platform via a sliding system—within an enclosed cabinet, where they undergo a washing process using high-pressure water mixed with detergent. Depending on the part's geometry and the level of contamination, the washing operation targets oil, metal chips, dirt, and debris on the surfaces by spraying pressurized water droplets from various angles over a timed duration. The system is designed to minimize the consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and time by filtering and recirculating the water.
